We ship all Ivory & Ember orders with care to ensure your products arrive safely.

 

1. Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Processing may be longer during holidays, launches, or restocks.

 

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

 

3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once a package is shipped, transit delays are outside our control.

 

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

 

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly. While we cannot replace stolen packages, we will help guide you through next steps.

 

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
